Studio Policies:

Sessions:

Sessions are scheduled Tuesday thru Friday, by appointment only. Saturdays are reserved for weddings and special events.

The Session Fee pays for Victoria and Nick's time and talent, plus preparing your images for viewing. Please contact us for a full session price list.

Appointment times are in high demand therefore payment is due within 7 days to reserve your appointment.

At the time of your session, there will be a $ 200.00 advance required; this can be used towards any portraits you would like to order.

Rescheduling:

We know that things can happen, so we do allow for rescheduling.

Whenever possible, please give us 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your session fee can be applied to a new session within 3 months.

Complimentary Session Planning Appointment:

We offer a complimentary session planning appointment. This is a great way to express your ideas, and/or get some suggestions from us. In addition to helping with clothing selection and location planning, we would be happy to make suggestions on what to bring along to really make your session unique. Please call the studio to set-up an appointment prior to your session.

Image Viewing:

Option One

Our most popular option is to come in for a personal viewing of your images. Your images will be ready for viewing within two weeks. At that time you will be able to narrow down to your top favorites and take home some proof pages to make your final selection. If you would like to have a view and order appointment, you will receive an additional discount off of your entire order for doing so.

Option Two

Within 2 weeks after your session, we will send you an email with a link to your password protected online gallery. Your gallery will remain active for 7 days.

In the event that you may need them reposted, there is a $50 fee.

Image File Archives:

ALL images that you order from will be archived for 1 year from your session date.

Images that are NOT ordered from are kept for 60 days from your session date.

Proofs/Enlargements:

Proofs, folios, and books have "basic" retouching.

ENLARGEMENTS/PRINTS are FULLY retouched to give you the finest quality portrait.

Payment:

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks and Cash

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Any changes must be made within 48 hours of your order appointment. Half down payment is required to begin your order process, with remaining payment due upon receipt.

We carry a full line of great products! We offer canvas gallery wraps, wall montages, custom handbags, jewelry, art books, coffee table albums, cards and much more. If you are interested in seeing more, please don't hesitate to ask to view our samples.

The Bebe Collection $450*

Babies grow and change so quickly! Capturing those special milestones is priceless. We offer the "Bebe Collection," which is a collection of 3-4 sessions within the first year of life. These sessions are Maternity, Newborn (3 - 7 days new is preferred), 6 months (or once sitting up well) and 12 months. In addition to the sessions, we also offer our "Bebe Collection" clients a discount on prints, and ALL of our specialty items. The "Bebe Collection" includes a "My First Year" 5x5 book, with a collection of images from each session. Images will be selected by Victoria personally, and will be selected from the ordered images from each session. (All sessions must be photographed within the first 14 months of your child's birth date, and orders must also be placed within that time period to receive the special discounts. The "My First Year" book will be completed approximately 12 weeks from the date of your last session.)

*This is a very special collection, and offers a significant discount off of our regular children's pricing. Due to an overwhelming response, the "Bebe Collection" is available to only 5 new babies a month. Space is limited and typically booked many weeks in advance. Please call the studio to check availability, and to let us know your due date. We recommend that you plan for your Maternity session at about 27 – 32 weeks, and/or whenever you feel like your "Bebe Bump" is perfect!
